Talking revolutions in pharma in the shadow of Independence Hall
The intrepid team on The Road to 50 States were almost at the end of their triumphant journey but there was one more interview in the penultimate state of Pennsylvania on Day 49, but only that one interview, so they ended up staying the day and spending some time in the historic city of Philly. The trip has been about exploring the next revolution in pharma, so it was poignant that they absorbed some of the history of the American Revolution that birthed the country. Over a well-earned local delicacy cheesesteak, they reflected on some of the highlights of the journey, but there was no room for too much waxing lyrical as they needed to head into the final state of New Jersey for their final overnight stop, anticipating going out with fireworks on a packed Day 50.
