Digging the Badger State before the Land of 10,000 Lakes
Day 11 dawned in Madison, Wisconsin, where The Road to 50 States would ultimately head west again, but only after a couple of morning interviews. The team visited a local company, Promega, where they interviewed scientist, Kristin Riching. From there, they met up with Corey Uselman of Recipharm. After getting some shots of downtown Madison, including the striking State Capitol, they headed for the Father of Waters again and crossed the Mississippi into Minnesota to head for their last interview of the day. St. Paul is home to Tapemark, and they met COO Beau Garrett to ask the question, "What's the next big thing in pharma?" Another dash in the dark took them further southwest in the Land of 10,000 Lakes to Fairmount, where they'd be closer to their first stop the following morning – Sioux Falls in South Dakota.
