Doing Charleston, anticipating roaring twenties of scientifc advancement
Charleston, South Carolina is a great, historic port on the Atlantic coast where the Ashley, Cooper and Wando rivers converge. The ideas were flowing yet again when the team met up with the latest interviewee on The Road to 50 States, Hank Nowak of CoreRx. The meeting point was Charleston's Battery & White Point Gardens on the waterfront, and the chrome cars also drove around the old streets, in among the monuments, artifacts and the beautiful old buildings. They also managed to send up the drone to get an even better view of things. Eventually, it was time to press on, and they motored north the community of Indian Wells at the top of the state, where they visited the home of a long-time industry contact and friend, Wendell Roth. After much great southern hospitality, it was time to head into North Carolina, and on to the overnight stop at the end of Day 42 in Raleigh.
