Endo’s subsidiary Endo Procurement Operations Limited recently entered into an exclusive U.S. supply and distribution agreement with a subsidiary of Merck & Co., Inc. allowing Par Pharmaceutical, one of Endo’s operating companies, to launch and distribute an authorized generic of PROVENTIL®.
This agreement is one of several in which Par has partnered with Merck to bring authorized generics to the market.
