Dr. Schroeder joined Avid as the VP of Process Development in May 2018. He most recently served as a director at AGC Biologics a global CDMO organization, where he successfully supported client projects towards first-in-human clinical trials, commercial product launch and ongoing commercial supply. Dr. Schroeder earned his Ph.D. in biochemical engineering and his M.S. in molecular biotechnology from Bielefeld University in Germany. He has previously served as a visiting scientist at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and at the University of Minnesota.
