James Balog began his career in 1992 as a process/environmental chemist at Quality Chemicals, Inc. (QCI), advancing through various roles, including QC Supervisor and R&D Chemist. After Albemarle FCS acquired the QCI site, he held the role of R&D Chemist until 2016, when he transitioned into his current role managing the quality control lab.
