Bailey Risteen is the Global Sustainability Manager for BASF Pharma Solutions and is responsible for driving the integration of sustainability into strategy, innovation, portfolio management, and product marketing for the business unit. Bailey holds a Ph.D. in chemical and biomolecular engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and has worked at BASF since 2019 in product development and technology scouting roles prior to her current position. She is based out of the BASF North America corporate headquarters in Florham Park, New Jersey.
