Dr. Mint is the Sr. Director, Global Solution Centers. In this role, he leads a global team to solve customer problems by delivering innovative solutions via an extensive partnership with manufacturing suppliers and a network of laboratories around the world. With over 25 years of experience in specialty chemicals and technologies, Dr. Mint has knowledge leading major research and development, manufacturing and innovation projects to deliver consistent business change and growth. Dr. Mint has extensive start-up businesses experience as he has also led multiple new technologies from concept to prototype to commercialization through a keen sense of how to scale-up solutions for real-world applications. His leadership and expertise has brought technical service and solutions to multiple applications resulting in over 30 patents. Dr. Mint earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Surrey in Guildford, England and his Doctor of Philosophy in Dermatology Research, Pharmacology and Toxicology from the Imperial College London.
