Mathias Kahl is Head of Development at IDT Biologika, where he leads a team specializing in vaccine process development across upstream processing, downstream processing, and formulation. He began his career in protein engineering and has developed extensive expertise in process development, protein engineering, and analytical development over the past 14 years. Since joining IDT Biologika, he has focused on establishing platform solutions for biopharmaceutical manufacturing across vaccines, therapeutic proteins, cancer therapies, and cell and gene therapies.
