Founded in 2002, Women In Bio (WIB) is a national organization dedicated to promoting the careers, leadership, and entrepreneurship of women in the life sciences. What began as a network of four women has grown into a dynamic community spanning all career stages, from students and early-career professionals to seasoned executives, investors, and entrepreneurs.
WIB offers a range of impactful programs that foster education, networking, and professional development for women across the biotechnology and life sciences industries.
