Taiwan Bio-Manufacturing Corporation (TBMC), established in 2023, specializes in cutting-edge biotechnology, including nucleic acids, viral vectors, cell therapies, and protein technologies. Conceived by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and jointly established by the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) and the Development Center for Biotechnology (DCB), TMBC is dedicated to advancing biomanufacturing capabilities. TBMC has subsequently entered into a joint venture with National Resilience that focuses on developing modern technology-enabled manufacturing solutions tailored for advanced therapeutic modalities, including biologics, vaccines, nucleic acids, cell therapies, and gene therapies.
