PI Health Sciences Limited (PIHS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of PI Industries Limited. Founded in 1947, the India-based PI has traditionally manufactured agrochemicals. The new pharmaceutical division, PIHS, was created when the parent company acquired Therachem Research Medilab (TRM) and Archimica in 2023. As part of PI Health Services, TRM will continue to provide R&D material to pharmaceutical companies, with a focus on rare diseases. And Archimica will continue to provide CRO/CDMO services to pharma customers, with a focus on oncology and autoimmune indications. PIHS will combine the R&D capabilities of both divisions and create a new integrated facility in Hyderabad. The planned center will include R&D, CRO, and CDMO services.
