OmniaBio — a subsidiary of Toronto-based Centre for Commercialization of Regenerative Medicine (CCRM) — is a CDMO that produces gene-modified cells and viral vectors compliant with cGMP standards. The company's new 120,000-sq.-ft. facility, located in Hamilton, Ontario, is designed to meet the specialized needs of cold chain logistics as well as the production of cell and gene therapies — making it the largest CDMO exclusively manufacturing cell and gene therapies in Canada.
