Ravi Kumar Gupta is global head of injectables and corporate strategy at OneSource, where he leads portfolio investment and supports the company’s CDMO commercial strategy. Since joining OneSource in May 2024, he has developed the company’s first comprehensive strategic plan, targeting approximately $400 million in revenue by fiscal year 2028. He has also helped shape portfolio and growth strategies for the softgel and injectables platforms and played a key role in pre-listing investor roadshows and OneSource’s successful stock market listing.

Gupta brings 20 years of experience spanning the pharmaceutical industry, CDMO operations, corporate strategy, and management consulting, with expertise in market expansion, operational excellence, profit-and-loss leadership, mergers and acquisitions, portfolio development, and enterprise strategy. Before joining OneSource, he led corporate strategy, M&A, and portfolio management at Xellia Pharmaceuticals in Copenhagen. Earlier in his career, he helped turn around Sandoz’s anti-infectives business and worked as a management consultant at Kearney. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a B.Tech. in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur.
