Prateek Gupta is head of research and development for biologics, with expertise spanning regulatory chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC) and techno-commercial leadership in the CDMO sector. He brings more than 16 years of experience in biologics product development and manufacturing and has authored numerous scientific publications and patents. His contributions to the field have been recognized with several honors, including the prestigious W.H. Peterson Award from the American Chemical Society.

Before joining OneSource, Gupta held roles of increasing responsibility at Pfizer, where he led early- and late-stage biosimilar programs and contributed to successful product approvals by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. He began his career at Genentech, a member of the Roche Group, in South San Francisco, where he led process development and technology transfer activities for several early-stage new biological entities in immunology and oncology. Gupta holds a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from Cornell University and completed his undergraduate studies at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi.
