Larry Nichols is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Steri-Tek, a leading contract sterilization and R&D innovation center specializing in E-beam and X-ray technologies for the medical device, biotech, and pharmaceutical industries.

Larry began his career in the E-beam industry in 1996 with Nutek Corp, where he progressed through roles including Business Manager, Operations Manager, Quality Manager, Vice President of Operations, and Vice President of Business Development. In 2009, he became CEO of Nutek and, following its closure in 2016, co-founded Steri-Tek, assuming the role of CEO. ​

Under his leadership, Steri-Tek has established state-of-the-art facilities in Fremont, California, and Lewisville, Texas, featuring advanced DualBeam™ E-beam/X-ray systems. These facilities provide high-volume, uniform dose processing without the need to rotate products, significantly increasing efficiency and expanding product options. ​

Larry is actively involved in industry standards development, serving on committees such as ANSI/AAMI/ISO 11137 and the ASTM Dosimetry working group. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
