Brian Heo is Director of the Project Management Group at Samsung Biologics, overseeing end-to-end transfer for drug substance and drug product tech transfer and manufacturing. Brian earned a master’s degree in biomedical engineering from Columbia University and brings over 15 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. He began his career at Merck, where he spent seven years as a scientist in bioprocess development. Since moving to Samsung Biologics, he has held a series of strategic leadership roles — including Sales & Operations Planning and Global Project Management — driving the on‑time delivery of complex biologics programs worldwide.
