Anthony V. Lemmo Ph.D., is CEO and President at BioDot Inc.. He joined BioDot in 2006. From 2004 to 2006 Dr. Lemmo was founder and President of Entevis Inc., which was acquired by BioDot in 2006. Entevis designed, manufactured and sold products based on proprietary technology for low mass powder dispensing. From 1999 to 2004 Dr. Lemmo was Director of Technology Development at TransForm Pharmaceuticals. In this role he was a key developer of TransForm’s proprietary platform technologies which were aimed at improving the way pharmaceutical products are developed and optimized. Prior to TransForm he was Director of Engineering Technology at Cadus Pharmaceuticals from 1998 to 1999 where he was responsible for the development of a novel microscale platform for high throughput screening (HTS). Before Cadus, Dr. Lemmo was a co-founder and Director of Product Applications at Cartesian Technologies from 1996 to 1998. Prior to Cartesian Dr. Lemmo spent 3 years at GlaxoWellcome working in both research and development. Dr. Lemmo has an A.B in chemistry with Honors from the College of the Holy Cross and a Ph.D in analytical chemistry from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. He has authored over 60 publications and presentations and has 12 issued patents and 3 patents pending.
