Marken Launches New Marketing Campaign

Company strategy remains to be the leading clinical logistics provider.

Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, September 12, 2017 — Marken announced today the launch of their new marketing campaign which reminds clients that the company remains focused on the clinical logistics industry and that Marken has taken a leading role as the clinical subsidiary of UPS.

The new campaign, entitled The Lifeblood of your Clinical Supply Chain, will highlight Marken’s continued focus on the needs of the clinical trials industry. Marken is recognized as the leading provider of patient-centric supply chain solutions, transporting clinical trial materials and biologic specimens to and from investigator sites and patients’ homes throughout the world. As the clinical subsidiary of UPS, Marken is stronger and more equipped than ever to meet the global needs of its clients.

The new campaign, developed in conjunction with its agency, That’s Nice LLC, will launch in several industry publications in both print and digital versions throughout September, and will be highlighted at major industry conferences, including CPhI in Frankfurt in October.

Wes Wheeler, Chief Executive Officer for Marken, commented on the new campaign message, “The new marketing campaign was designed to communicate that our strategy has not changed since being acquired by UPS. Our vision to be the best supplier of logistics services to the clinical trial industry remains the same, and we will accelerate our growth with UPS solidly behind us. The resources now available to Marken will allow us to continue creating new services, enhancing our technology and meeting the growing needs of our clients”

That’s Nice LLC is Marken’s exclusive agency of record. Since 2013, the agency has supported Marken with brand development, marketing, advertising, events and content generation.
