As head of global supply chain planning and programs management, Christian Morello focuses on consistent and successful on-time delivery of CDMO projects. Covering Lonza’s small molecule and biologics network, he is responsible for driving strategies and practices to ensure best-in-class project execution for customers worldwide. Prior to joining Lonza, Christian led pharma drug program management at Sanofi where he oversaw development portfolio execution. Christian is a biochemical engineer and has 25 years’ experience in drug development from discovery to registration, planning, manufacturing and programs management.
