In April 2004, Tetsuichi Okada became Shionogi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Settsu Plant's third production manager (management manager). Later, in June 2009, he became a director and general manager of the Manufacturing Division of Bushu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. In October 2017, he became Chairman of the Board, and in November 2019 he was appointed Chairman of the Board and President.
