Laurent is the Director of Servier’s Industrial Division. He is also the ambassador for the digital transformation for the group’s global network. Originally trained as a pharmacist, Laurent formerly served as the Production Manager of an Air Liquid Healthcare site. Following this, he was the General Manager of the international production site for Servier and the Quality Director for the main production site. In 2016, Laurent launched the global Operational Excellence program for every Servier manufacturing site, as well as a digital transformation, which will further the organization’s competitiveness. This will leverage operational excellence on all fronts and boost innovation on the industrial sites.
