As the Technology & Innovation Manager, Product Development Medical and Pharmaceutical, Mr. Hair manages the activities of Celanese’s manufacturing-based Technology and Innovation Group for the EVA Polymers Business Unit. This includes managing the Medical/ Pharmaceutical Quality Unit, expanding the product and process capability with focus on higher value markets and providing support for the Medical and Pharmaceutical products. Mr. Hair has over 25 years of experience in polymer manufacturing and technical support.
